Jamal Amin is a geologist and capital markets professional focused on critical minerals, junior resource strategy and early-stage exploration. He has experience in technical due diligence, corporate development, investor communications and project evaluation across the Canadian exploration sector. At Ramsden Metals, Jamal is focused on advancing the Eagle's Nest Critical Metals Project through disciplined technical work, strategic positioning and partnership development.

Carmelo Marrelli is a Chartered Professional Accountant and the principal of the Marrelli Group of Companies, a Toronto-based provider of financial reporting, corporate compliance and trust services to Canadian public and private companies. He acts as CFO to numerous issuers listed on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange and CSE, and brings deep experience in public-company accounting, regulatory reporting, governance and capital markets administration to Ramsden Metals.

Ashley Martin is a mining executive and civil engineer with deep experience in mine construction, project development, drilling services and business development. He has held senior roles with Major Drilling, Guyana Goldfields, Treasury Metals and Forrester Metals, bringing practical operating and project execution experience to Ramsden Metals.
